US domestic shipping

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible while giving each package the care it deserves. Most orders leave our Omaha studio within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or during federal holidays may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

All packages are shipped via USPS, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Depending on the option you choose at checkout, delivery typically takes between 1–8 business days. We currently offer free economy shipping, with standard and express upgrades available for faster delivery.

If you’re local to Omaha, you can also select store pickup at no cost — we’ll coordinate a time that works best for you.


International shipping

At this time, Selah ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, but for now, international orders aren’t available.

Returns

Return policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure a personalized resolution. Should you wish to initiate a return, kindly contact us at hello@devinowens.com to open a return inquiry. If your return is approved, please ensure that the items are unused and in a re-sellable condition. It's essential to note that returns will not be accepted if the goods are not in this condition.

Returns process

Upon receipt of returned goods, thorough examination is conducted to ensure adherence to our standards. If there are any indications of use or alterations to the appearance, such as opened packaging, a full refund may not be feasible. In such instances, we'll promptly notify you, offering the option of a reduced refund amount or the choice to arrange for the goods' return to you at your own expense.

Given that perfumes are categorized as cosmetic products, returns cannot be accepted once the product has been tested, as they are deemed non-resellable to another customer. We appreciate your understanding of these policies, aimed at maintaining the integrity and quality of our products.
